Online enquiry form 
When customers place an enquiry on our website they do so through a contact form. Through the contact form process  you are asked for your name, address  and email. This information is stored in the contact form system in order to process your booking and is kept on our archive file after you contact us, but will be kept no longer than necessary in order to comply with legal obligations.

Your IP address is also recorded along with your browser agent in order to minimise spam enquiries on our website and more generally to improve and optimize our site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We do not share this information with anyone external to our business, and is used purely to communicate with you regarding your project. 

Comments 
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
